Cycle Time Reduction Success: Successfully implemented process improvements resulting in a reduction of cycle time for:
- Zinc Die Casting machine (from 24 seconds to 23 seconds).
- ALDC machine (from 29 seconds to 28 seconds).
SAP Reporting Implementation: Designed and modified SAP-based production reports (Material Shortage, Rejection, Stock, Inventory) which led to significant time savings and improved data accuracy for decision-making.
Cost Savings via Kaizen: Achieved verifiable cost savings on consumable items by leading and implementing targeted Kaizen initiatives.
Manpower Optimization: Led a PIA (Production Improvement Activity) project that resulted in saving one manpower on the Setting part production line, improving resource efficiency.
